  • I am currently injured - will I be able to do the programme?
    In most cases, yes you will, but as I don't know the details of your injury, if you unsure I would recommend consulting with a GP or physio first.

    There are some great exercises in this programme that will be perfectly safe and beneficial in helping someone recovery from an injury. However, depending on how recent and severe your injury is, you may be better to wait until you are further along in your recovery.

    Also, it is important to know that you should not push through pain when doing the exercises. While some can be challenging to do, exercising through pain is a different story and I do no recommend.
  • I am flexible and have been yoga running for a long time. Will the program be suitable for me
    This programme is for people who do not feel flexible or who struggle with stiff muscles and tight joints that can lead to aches and pains.

    If you do not have any of these then you are better off sticking to what you are currently doing.
  • I haven't exercises in a long time. Will the programme help me?
    Oh yes, 100% yes.
